Packaging Guidelines
Please use proper packaging to avoid damage during transit and to prevent shipments from being rejected by the couriers. Please do not use paper bags for either domestic or international shipping.

1) Choose the right box

  • Use a sturdy box that’s about 5 cm larger than the item on every side (so you have room for padding).

  • Don’t ship in shopping or paper bags —they can tear or be tampered with in transit.

2) Wrap securely

  • Cushion fragile items with bubble wrap, paper, or similar—but don’t overstuff.

  • Aim for a snug fit: items shouldn’t shift when you shake the box.

3) Seal and label

  • Close all seams with packing tape.

  • Affix the shipping label to the top or largest flat surface.

  • For international orders, place one printed invoice inside the package and provide a second copy to the delivery associate.

📌 Packaging Guidelines by Category

Trading Cards

  • Use a bubble mailer or small box.

  • The packaging must have enough room such that the item will not be easily crushed

  • Add a second layer of protection (e.g. cardboard panels, extra bubble wrap, or a second mailer).

  • Fill any voids with packing paper or bubble wrap so the cards can’t shift during transit.

Clothing

  • Pack in a sealed poly pouch (not a bag).

  • Fold neatly (and wash if needed).

  • Optionally wrap in tissue paper to protect prints or embellishments.

  • Ensure items are clean, odor-free, and wrinkle-minimal.

Shoes

  • Place inside a sturdy shoe box (not a bag).

  • Seal the box securely with packing tape.

Funko Pop

  • Put the Funko Pop into a soft protector.

  • Wrap the protector in bubble wrap.

  • Ship inside a 20 x 15 x 15 cm sturdy box.

  • Fill empty space with crumpled newspaper, extra bubble wrap, or packing paper—but leave a little room so the Funko can breathe.
